Rare roll cloud caught on camera during sunset

After a back-to-back days of thunderstorms, we were treated to a beautiful sight as the sun set.

As the storms moved out, a roll cloud moved in. Known for their low and horizontal cylindrical shape, roll clouds are a type of arcus clouds that are commonly formed along the outflow boundary of thunderstorms.
