Catch-a-Crook: Springfield woman seeking answers after car was stolen

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield woman is looking for answers after her car was stolen last month, and police are looking for suspects.

This happened on April 25 in the early morning hours, just after midnight, in the 100 block of Main Avenue in Springfield. Krislyn Beard only noticed something was off when she woke up and saw a notification on her phone.

“I noticed a charge on my Cash App card for $4.18, which is what I had left to go purchase my meds for that day,” said Beard. “And I’m like, huh, that’s really weird. I don’t remember going to a fast and friendly at 4:00 in the morning.”…
