Springfield city leaders consider spending $20 million to rehab low-income apartment complex

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3)—The Springfield City Council will meet on Monday evening to consider using revenue bonds to rehab a low-income apartment complex.

The John B. Hughes Apartments are located on North Clifton Avenue. The money would be used to renovate the 138 multifamily residential units on the property.
