With Fourth of July just around the corner, fire departments are warning people about the potential risks that come with handling fireworks.
Chief of Operations at Brookline Fire Protection District, Will Glenn, said that the week of July 4 is when most firework related injuries and accidents occur.
“We’ll start seeing the uptick as people are getting closer to a holiday to put a number on, it would be really difficult just because, you know, accidents happen and sometimes are common and big number sometimes becomes small numbers, but accidents happen,” Glenn said…
