Wednesday marked a shift toward hotter and drier weather, compliments of Tuesday’s cool front. And, you’re right, it’s no cooler. But drier air flowed in behind the front, especially higher up in the atmosphere. This has sent summer storms packing at least for the next few days.

Fewer clouds will mean hotter temperatures, and it looks like we can expect highs to hit 90° through Thursday and Friday. Rain chances won’t be zero, but they’ll remain very slim.
