Springfield-based Brightli, with subsidiaries such as Burrell Behavioral Health, Preferred Family Healthcare, and Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health, has announced plans to merge with Nashville-based Centerstone. The move would create the nation’s largest nonprofit provider of behavioral health services.
