SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Springfield Police Department says its officers were sent on a very unusual pursuit on Wednesday.
A social media post by SPD describes Officer Estes chasing a cute little pig honking along West Chestnut Expressway Wednesday morning. The pig was taken into custody without incident with the help of several nearby citizens.
After the pig chase, SPD says Officer Estes decided to adopt the mini pig, naming him Flash. Officer Estes promises that Flash will spend his time doing zoomies in the county away from dangerous street crossings…
