SPRINGFIELD — Dr. Grenita Lathan is set to deliver her annual address this week, less than two weeks before the start of the school year.
The address will be given in front of about 400 community leaders during the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce “Good Morning, Springfield!” event. Dr. Lathan is expected to discuss some of the achievements from last year, while highlighting the top priorities for the district this coming year.
The address begins at 7:30 a.m. at Glendale High School on S. Ingram Mill Road in Springfield. It is not open to the public, but Ozarks First will bring you coverage of the State of the Schools address after it commences…
