SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A bill to be voted on at the August 11 Springfield City Council meeting could change how the city handles nuisance properties.
Chapter 74, the Nuisance and Housing Code, and Chapter 38, the Land Development Code, are where these changes would be seen if the bill were to pass.
