SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A judge has sentenced Tarrin Dicks to 15 years in prison for the deaths of Trevin Dicks, 21, and Reggie Carey, 19, on South Erie Street in Springfield in February 2024.
On Monday, August 11, Dicks received two 15-year sentences for both second-degree murder charges, but they will run at the same time.

Dicks submitted an Alford plea for the murder charges in March, meaning she does not admit guilt but admits evidence would likely result in a conviction. Charges of first-degree attempted robbery and armed criminal action were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
