Construction closures to affect residents in Republic

REPUBLIC, Mo. — Two locations in Republic are closing for construction work that will affect residents on Monday, August 18.

According to a City of Republic social media post, the intersection of Beal Road and County Line Road will be closed tomorrow following needed repairs for storm pipes. The city will also be closing the Main Street Rail Crossing for construction work by BNSF.

Republic Intermediate School set for grand opening Monday

The post says construction on Beal Road and County Line Road will only be a one-day closure, but the intersection will be closed again in approximately two weeks for repavement.
