SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Animal control thinks it’s puppy energy that may have led a cute Heeler mix puppy mix astray.
Shelter coordinator Josh Doss tells us, “she was found at Ellie Wise park which is in the 3000 block of west Nichols. She was just kind of wandering around near there. Somebody found her and got her contained at their house and then called her to come pick her up.”
He says the female dog is about six to seven months old. She has her adult teeth but she’s definitely still a puppy…
