SPRINGFIELD, MO – A warm and dry summer has helped contractors make progress on projects on the city’s southwest side.
In recent months, the area near West Sunshine and West Bypass has been buzzing with construction activity (see photos below). One of the largest projects includes work on the city’s second Target store set to open next year.
