Springfield, MO Weather: Dry Stretch Continues, Temperatures Climb Toward Mid-90s Through Friday

Springfield, Mo. – A warm and dry pattern is setting up across Missouri this week, with temperatures steadily climbing and little relief from rain in sight. Highs are expected to push into the 90s by midweek, making for an extended stretch of hot and sunny conditions.

According to the National Weather Service in Springfield, the only chance for rain comes late Monday into early Tuesday across western Missouri, but those showers are expected to be scattered and brief. For much of the region, skies will stay clear with plenty of sun through the weekend.

Cities including Springfield, Joplin, and Branson will see temperatures move from the upper 70s Monday into the mid-80s Tuesday before surging into the low to mid-90s Wednesday through Friday.
