SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield woman has filed a lawsuit against Jordan Valley Community Health Center and a former employee, alleging her private medical records were unlawfully accessed and shared.
Online court dockets state Alychia Wooton is suing Jordan Valley and former employee Chante Falcon in Greene County Circuit Court.
