Clouds cleared the area quickly Thursday morning, and aside from a few afternoon clouds, it was a beautiful sunny day. Looking out west, no storm systems are coming to the Ozarks anytime soon, so quiet and sunny weather will continue for a while.
Thankfully we received some good rainfall over the past 7 days in the Ozarks. Springfield has recorded 1.74″ of rain in 7 days, while West Plains has recorded 5.43″ and Harrison recorded 3.58″. Farther north, we find lower rainfall amounts in Rolla, where just 0.76″ was recorded.
