SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A new pavilion and other items have been announced for improvements to McDaniel Park in Springfield.
According to a Springfield-Greene County Park Board press release, the board has entered an agreement for a $1 million donation with the Hatch Foundation for Phase 2 of McDaniel Park improvements during a meeting on Friday, Oct. 10.
The new additions will include a 40 x 80-foot pavilion with restrooms and lighting for the pump track, the release says.
