The Springfield Recreation Department held its annual Halloween Spooktacular on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Chisholm Park. The event took place under clear skies and drew hundreds of community members. Attendees wore costumes and participated in family activities.
The main event was a costume contest with participants of all ages. Local officials Jay Spinelli, Mike Scalera, and Erica DuBois served as judges. Brendan O’Reilly announced the winners.
