Springfield holds meeting on new development code remapping

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The City of Springfield hosted a public meeting Tuesday to explain its new citywide remapping process, part of the Forward SGF Plan that officials say aims to encourage growth and investment in the Queen City.

The event, held at the Library Station, gave residents the opportunity to learn more about the project and voice their concerns about how zoning changes could affect their neighborhoods.
