Webster County Route A, just north of Normandy Road in Diggins, Missouri, will be closed from Monday, November 10, to Thursday, November 20, 2025. The closure is part of a project to update the U.S. Route 60 and Webster County Route A interchange between Diggins and Fordland. Contractor crews will connect Route A to the new North Outer Road during this time.
Traffic will be detoured to Route O, using the new North Outer Road to reach U.S. Route 60. There will also be lane closures on both eastbound and westbound Route 60 near the project area. The eastbound passing lane and westbound driving lane will be closed. U.S. Route 60 will remain open to through traffic.
Capital Paving & Construction LLC of Jefferson City is leading the project. Work includes building a new interchange, a bridge over Route 60 and the BNSF Railroad, and a roundabout at the new Route NN/Route A intersection.
