Free class in Springfield gives veterans a new career option for life after service

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – After military service, some veterans might struggle to figure out what is next. On November 5, there’s an opportunity for veterans and their families to learn about a career path they might not have thought about before: owning their own business.

Hosted by the Veterans Business Outreach Center, the day-long class will include lessons on business concepts from the ground up, expose them to no-cost tools to help them get started, and connect them with experts, giving them everything they need to decide whether entrepreneurship is the path for them.
