SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (WKRC) – A man allegedly followed a mother and her young child home from Target in an attempt to kidnap her, then told police that she had invited him over after he told her she was “cute.”
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Law&Crime, a woman contacted police to report an instance of stalking that took place on October 15. The woman claimed that at around 1:30 p.m. she was at Target with her 2-year-old son.
