In late October, a 50-year-old man was found dead lying in a ditch north of Springfield. Now, three men have been charged in connection with his death.
David Costlow was reportedly found early on Oct. 26 in a ditch off North Farm Road 153. Greene County sheriff’s deputies and medical first responders found the man with gunshot wounds, according to previous News-Leader reporting.
Since then, three men have been charged in relation to Costlow’s death. Paul Sartin, 50, is facing four felony counts: murder in the second degree, armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearm, and abandonment of a corpse.
