Judy Breeding, a longtime member of the Ozarks Tech Foundation Board of Directors, has received the Award of Distinction from the Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) in Springfield, Missouri. The award recognizes her years of service to education and her efforts to expand opportunities in southwest Missouri. Breeding has served on the board since 2001 and has supported Ozarks Technical Community College. Her recent contributions include funding the Judy and Mike Breeding Clock Tower, which will be located next to the new Michael L. Parson Student Union, set to open in fall 2026.
