Record warmth Saturday followed by a stormier pattern next week

One record-setting day down, another to go. It’s been a great pattern of warmth and sunshine this week, and we’re capping it off with almost unheard-of temperatures in the middle of November. Vichy set a new record high on Friday afternoon, beating the old record high of 75°. Other locations were very close but fell a little short. We’ll have another shot Saturday, and odds are looking even better for records to fall.

Saturday will be the pick day, but Sunday will be a close second. A cold front will quietly move through Saturday evening with temperatures falling into the 40s Sunday morning. Bright skies and light winds will make for ideal fall weather with temperatures climbing into the 60s and low 70s.
