SEYMOUR, Mo. — An alleged U.S. Marine Corps enlistee was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 18, by Seymour police after a woman reported he secretly recorded her and her husband during sexual activity and had threatened to send the videos to his sergeant.
According to court dockets, Xylan Ladista, born in 1999, of Gardnerville, Nevada, is charged with two counts of felony invasion of privacy, as well as one count of misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
