The Greater Parkcrest neighborhood enjoyed a beautiful autumn filled with community activities, starting with the Fall Festival at Horace Mann Elementary, where the association hosted a photo booth where families lined up for free fall portraits and candy.
On Oct. 9, the GPNA organized a tree-planting ceremony at Mann Park to celebrate the planting of five new maple trees funded through the Hatch Foundation’s Neat Neighborhoods competition. City and community leaders joined neighbors to dedicate the trees and mark the occasion.
