Icy morning conditions and clouds gave way to some much-appreciated sunshine and above-freezing temperatures today. The thaw isn’t complete, but most of the snow that fell on Monday has melted away.
Lingering snowmelt will refreeze tonight as temperatures tumble back into the 20s. This will lead to refreeze and the possibility of a slick spot or two on roads or sidewalks.
