SPRINGFIELD, MO – A vacant Walgreens building on the city’s west side is getting a new tenant.
Jordan Valley Community Health Center is relocating one of its clinics into the building located at W. Grand and Kansas Expressway. The Walgreens location closed in February 2025 as part of a series of nationwide cuts by the retailer.
Kristy Taylor, spokesperson for Jordan Valley Community Health Center, says the building will become the agency’s new home for its Senior Care program. The project to remodel the building, which is currently underway, is expected to be completed sometime by the middle of 2026…
