SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3/KMOV) – A recall has been issued for HydroJug’s 14-ounce ‘Children’s Sport Tumblers’ due to a choking hazard.
The recall was announced on December 4, and applies to about 17,00 units. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the rivets on the handle can come loose, causing the handle to detach and posing a choking hazard to children.
Thus far, CPSC has received 656 reports of the handles coming loose, but no injuries have been reported…
