Springfield woman charged with felony for employer threat

BATTLEFIELD, Mo. — A woman has been charged after allegedly threatening a business in Battlefield, Missouri.

According to online court dockets, Jessica Woodley, born 1996, of Springfield, has been charged with felony first-degree terrorist threat and a misdemeanor of first-degree trespass.

The probable cause statement indicates that Woodley called her former employer in Battlefield on Nov. 13, stating, “I would rather not fire a gun at you all,” and “I don’t need to fire the gun if you all can be on my side.”…
