SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield developer withdrew a request to rezone the northwest corner of National Avenue and Sunshine Street in the University Heights Neighborhood.
BKM Development pulled the application before the Springfield Planning and Zoning Commission could vote on the proposal, which was scheduled for Wednesday night.
