SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The city released a traffic safety report identifying the intersections with the most crashes on city-managed streets, with incidents concentrated in high-traffic areas.
Campbell and Grand topped the list with 22 crashes and seven injury crashes. The city completed improvements to this intersection in March, including lane reconfigurations and added medians. Recent research found hard braking at the intersection has decreased since spring.
