Endings aren’t necessarily the end.
I think we have a tendency to think of endings as sad, and I get why. There is a melancholy feeling that comes with something at its conclusion when it feels like it should have gone on forever. Yet most things in life are not permanent, and we set ourselves up for disappointment when success or failure is defined by an end.
From my perspective, it’s healthier and happier to consider the “why” behind something’s start in the first place. That question feels like a greater measure of success…
