SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield and Battlefield firefighters responded to a fire in an apartment on the top floor of the Quail Creek Apartments off of Republic Rd. in Springfield.
The fire started around 3 a.m. and quickly spread to the attic level. Division Chief Jeff Prior says all units in the building had damage from fire, water, or smoke. People living there have been displaced.
It took 30 to 45 minutes to put the fire out…
