Springfield, MO – Drivers across southwest Missouri could encounter scattered slick and icy surfaces early Saturday, especially on bridges, overpasses, and elevated roadways, as overnight temperatures dip well below freezing.
According to the National Weather Service in Springfield, skies will remain mostly clear tonight, allowing temperatures to fall into the mid-20s to near 30 degrees across the region.
