Springfield nonprofit reminds students about free clothing bank

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield nonprofit is reminding students about its clothing bank as they return to classes after winter break.

Kiwanis International says the PTA clothing bank offers free clothes and shoes to Springfield Public Schools students. Students who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch and those referred by a principal can participate.

The clothing bank opens on certain Thursdays during the school year. Thursday was one of those days at Study Alternative School, and the next opening is Jan. 22…
