A 29-year-old man already charged with two counts of first-degree murder faces additional felony charges after the return of a grand jury indictment Friday, Jan. 9.
In July, prosecutors filed murder and arson charges against Justin Ray Carr after the deaths of Carr’s 85-year-old grandmother, Elizabeth Rae Boggs, and her 64-year-old son, Michael Gary Boggs.
