SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Wheelhouse in Springfield has announced it has closed indefinitely.
According to the Wheelhouse’s Facebook page, a post on Jan. 17 stated the restaurant would no longer be open after that night’s service.
This last year our team has created something that makes us so proud. The team – from the kitchen to the bar to the dining room – poured so much love and energy into this new concept. We’re so thankful to our community for all of the love and support over the years. We hate to say goodbye but it has become economically unsustainable to keep operating at this level. The team deserves stability and that is something we have struggled with since opening in May.
