Springfield, Missouri – A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for portions of southern Missouri, raising concern for hazardous travel conditions this weekend.
According to the National Weather Service in Springfield, the watch is in effect from 12 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Sunday for much of southwestern and south-central Missouri, including the Springfield area.
