A Springfield, Missouri, man has been sentenced in federal court for unlawfully possessing multiple firearms while prohibited due to prior felony convictions.
Aaron Wayne Williams, 34, received a sentence of approximately 8.7 years in federal prison without the possibility of parole, followed by three years of supervised release. The sentence was imposed by M. Douglas Harpool.
Williams pleaded guilty on May 27, 2025, to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
