SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Greene County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy shot a woman in self defense Saturday night.
The sheriff’s office said deputies got a call around 8:30 p.m. about a suicidal person in the 3700 block of North Bear Creek Avenue and went there to check on them. That’s northwest of Springfield near Missouri Route 13.
