NEAR HIGHLANDVILLE, Mo. (KY3) – Authorities filed charges Tuesday against a motorcyclist in connection with a deadly crash in May of 2025.
Scottie Smith was jailed on charges of involuntary manslaughter and driving a motorcycle without a valid license.
