SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A new community improvement district could be coming to the city of Springfield to help with safety and beauty.
The North Glenstone Community Improvement District would include the east and west sides of Glenstone Avenue between I-44 and East Turner Street.
A petition of a majority of property owners in the area was submitted to Springfield’s city council in December.
