SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Downtown Springfield Association (DSA) announced Tuesday morning that Crystal Quade will serve as its new executive director beginning Feb. 17.
Quade replaces Rusty Worley, who served as the Downtown Springfield Association Executive Director for 19 years. Some of the notable achievements during Worley’s tenure include growing events like Artsfest, Cider Days, Taste of SoMo, Women’s Day Downtown and the Downtown Farmer’s Market.
DSA says Quade will bring her ability to build strong relationships, as well as a commitment to community engagement and economic vitality, to help the organization advance initiatives that they believe will benefit businesses, residents and visitors…
