Springfield Man Arraigned On Burglary and Violation Of Order of Protection Terms

A Springfield man–Kyle Mitchell Peel–has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on the class d felony charge of burglary in the second degree and two misdemeanor counts of violating an order of protection. Court documents signed by Assistant Prosecutor Katy Slone allege that on or about November 15th of last year, Peel allegedly knowingly entered unlawfully in an inhabitable structure owned by a confidential victim for the purpose of stealing. And in the process, Peel allegedly violated the terms and conditions of the order of protection.

He entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment. Judge Kevin Hillman ordered peel to personally appear for a February 9th counsel status hearing and a February 24th preliminary hearing…
