A 24-year-old Springfield man has been charged in Sullivan County with felony aggravated fleeing a stop or detention of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license following a law enforcement pursuit and crash north of Green City.
Court documents identify the defendant as Samuel Giller. The charges stem from an incident on February 6, 2026, when a Sullivan County deputy sheriff attempted to stop a sport utility vehicle while investigating reported vandalism in Green City.
