SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Springfield City Council unanimously approved a community petition Monday, Feb. 9, to create a new Community Improvement District (CID) on North Glenstone Avenue.
The petition was presented last week by property owners who want to enhance the corridor, as well as its appearance for people coming off the interstate and into the city.
