Springfield library to open memory lab for digitizing family treasures

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Springfield-Greene County Library Center will open a memory lab in about a year to help families preserve treasured memories for future generations.

The facility will offer library patrons free access to digitize photographs, home movies, audio tapes, and other materials. Larry and Tracey Lipscomb donated $280,000 to fund the improvements and equipment.
