SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Springfield Planning and Zoning Commission has given initial approval for a zoning change that affects the corner of Grant and Grand.
The site sits in the middle of the Grant Avenue Parkway project. Developers plan to build a multi-story apartment building with a large food court, coffee shop, indoor courtyard, and an outdoor walk-up bar. The development would connect to the Fassnight Creek Greenway trail.
